Colin was stellar!! Solved my hearing issues immediately!! Because of him, I can hear much better!! He also provided me with temporary hearing aids until my new ones come in. He is also a great resource as he provided me with a link to get my hearing aid costs covered!! I am so grateful

Colin was great during my consultation to address some issues I was having with my hearing. Even though it was obvious early on in the meeting that hearing aids weren't going to be the solution, he still took over an hour to explain and discuss the test results. It's customer service that can't be overlooked. I highly recommend.

Amazing experience. The staff are well trained and professional. They took the time to discuss results, even during the free consultation. Even though the consultation was free, I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Highly recommend for all your gearing needs.

The team at NexGen Hearing Kelowna is amazing. They are so kind, trustworthy and very reliable.Colin is wonderful to work with as well. From start to finish he was professional, helpful and committed to helping me find a great set of hearing aids (which he did & i'm completely in love with them)! The team really made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process and I had a lot on input in programming the sound settings on my hearing aids so I could get what I wanted/needed out of the hearing aids.I've had hearing loss since I was born and dealt with many different Audiologist/clinics, but coming to NexGen Hearing Kelowna was a game changer! They are seriously so amazing at what they do and I felt so welcomed, respected and cared for.10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Fabulous customer service! My husband and I arrived in Kelowna from Toronto. He has just recently received new hearing aids. As we were driving from the airport he kept saying his one aid wasn’t staying in. We then realized that the dome was not attached. I searched for hearing clinics and came across NexGen which wasn’t far from the hotel we were staying at. Dr. Colin set him up with a new package of domes. He also checked his ear and to our relief found that the dome had come off and was stuck in his ear. He promptly removed it. All of this for no charge for a visitor to Kelowna! Amazing customer service!

I will start off by saying I have NEVER sent a review to a shop before but my experience today was so overwhelmingly amazing I just had to say how fantastic it was. The receptionist was incredibly upbeat and genuinely kind. The hearing Dr that I saw was super thorough and kind as well and they are very professional and amazing to everyone that walks in their doors. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Fantastic service! Eva was very pleasant, kind, courteous and had a wonderful empathetic demeanor towards my mother. She took the time to explain to my mother the entire process of the hearing test as well as the introduction to hearing aides. A very charming professional. Highly recommend this place for anyone suffering from hearing loss.

Colin Vanbergen from Nexgen Hearing has been my audiologist for over 10 years. He is so knowledgeable and provides excellent service. I had been having some issues with hearing aids lately and I can't praise him enough for his commitment. He spent hours researching the issues and making sure he would find a solution. And he did! My sincere thanks to him and all the staff at Nexgen Hearing in Spall Plaza, Kelowna.

I just purchased my second set of Phonak hearing aid at NexGen and the service and professionalism of Colin was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable with many years of experience in the hearing aid business.Colin really care about his clients and the follow up or after sales services is exceptional. Of course part of his successful clinic go to his friendly staff.I will recommend NexGen to everyone who is looking for a customer oriented company. I have nothing but the highest regard for NexGen.
