I have officially changed pharmacy locations after numerous mishaps/ bad experiences. The last straw was yesterday when the pharmacist was questioning my doctors prescription, and loudly listing my medications for everyone around to hear. 0 confidentiality at this location. In the past, I have been questioned (interrogated) as to why I am on certain medications and giving me unsolicited advice AKA recommending going against my doctors prescriptions.

Came here on vacation because I forgot my medication and my hometown’s pharmacy was nothing but trouble. The pharmacist there (Dr. Selim) is a godsend who happily aided me in fixing absolutely everything. Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation without the nasty side effects of going cold turkey. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my whole life. Cashier was extremely miserable and to top it off there was absolutely no hand sanitizer. I guess they forgot that there’s a COVID-19 epidemic going on around the world.

Atrocious wait times to speak with anyone on the pharmacy team! 25 minute wait, hung up called back, waited 15 more minutes before I gave up.

Watch your prescriptions. They rip you off on fees. You don't need dispenser fees on certain vitamins that they charge. I've paid $30 for years with this shoppers on a certain prescription. Go to a new pharmacy and it's $10?? Scam

Worst Shoppers in all of Lincoln. DO NOT GO HERE! The customer service is absolutely horrible in every way possible; I am a young teenage girl who comes here on hot days to cool off and buy some small makeup items and maybe a candy such as a lip gloss or a chocolate bar, but the manager/supervisor is nothing but completely disrespectful. Mind you, I have never stolen nor acted up in a Shoppers- nor any place, in that matter! But due to an unknown reason, she will follow me or my friends around shamelessly and yell at us whenever we are just browsing (e.g. “You kids need to finish up shopping buy your stuff and leave now!”) and when presented with the question on why we aren’t allowed to browse, we are blatantly ignored, death glared and sometimes shoved or bumped just for us to realize she’s watching us (mind you, we are aware that she is there!) on other instances, I am blatantly ignored by workers or workers will act like I’m a public disturbance to them. The customer service is horrible here, and I hope they will do better soon.

I've always had a good experience going to Shoppers. My last trip to pick up a prescription was a breeze and the pharmacist was very friendly and gave me all of the information I needed. I also called back the next day to ask a follow-up question and was greeted with in a friendly manner, even remembered my name. Thank you!

I can not believe how disrespectfull I was talked to by the owner of the pharmacy.I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 years. They have filled out all the prescriptions for my cancer treatments with no problems and I have participated in the Look Good Feel Better program supported by this Shoppers Drug Mart and had so much appreciation for their service .But recently, my family from Ukraine that fled the war had joined this pharmacy too.My understanding was that they had ODB coverage included in their health card. So my sister in law had no problems with getting her medications for months, but my mom who just arrived was prescribed the same antibiotic and for some reason it wasn't covered. I asked the pharmaciest for help as well as I sent the email regarding my mom's antibiotics.I received a voice-mail from the owner of the pharmacy saying that my mom's antibiotic is not covered because its not on government formulary list and if I have any questions I can reach out.On Monday, October 24th,2022 around 6:30-7pm, when I was picking up my sister's in law medication, I was asked to pay for it.It has been covered for months, so I asked why is it not going through this time and if it could be a glitch in the system. I also asked if the pharmaciest could give a call to a dedicated phone line for pharmacies regarding claim submission for Ukrainians.She was very nice and looked at the phone number I was showing her. At this moment the owner has came into our conversation by stating that he had answered me already in the voice-mail. I tried to communicate to him that I'm asking about my sister in law which had no issues previously.He made me cry from his tempor and sarcasm talking down to me. All I was looking for was some answers and help.We are going elsewhere after this level of disrespect.We were just looking for help and already found it elsewhere proving his luck of willingness to help and understanding in this matter.

Pharmacists are always very helpful. They take time to give you the correct information. Just today, I was given some good advice about vitamins so that I can taper off the harsh medication I'm on. Good selection and convenient location as well.
