Frankie's Hot Chicken

Maybe I hold expectations for Nashville Hot Chicken too high, but what I ate wasn't remotely close to what my expectation were.I've now tried both the regular and the Hot AF versions and either I've become a hollow void or there is zero spice in this chicken. And while I understand a restaurant or franchise needs to make things accessible or palatable to a large number of people, Nashville hot chicken is *supposed* to be spicy (with a subtle sweetness from brown sugar). All I could taste was garlic/onion powder, so I can't even say it was a good chicken sandwich.Kudos for the onion rings/curly fries. Both are excellent and the side sauces for dipping are also standout. Shame about the chicken though.

Not impressed at all. Our order was completely wrong they didn't make our sandwiches the way we ordered them. 1 was supposed to be add bacon and cheese which we paid for and the other was extra pickles with no bacon. They didn't put cheese and put bacon on both. We ordered an extra side of mac and cheese balls and didnt get them. They foods taste was okay not anything I would order again. When you pay 64$ for order plus delivery you expect it to be made how you ordered it especially when they have you pay an extra cost for each item added or changed. Will not order again :(Our uber eats driver was wonderful as always so thank you to uber eats for delivering our food.

The chicken was tender and delicious. I got the spicy and it definitely lived up to its name lol. Three massive chicken strip on a bun with some cheese. I also got a side of coleslaw and onion rings. The coleslaw was very creamy and very fresh. The onion rings were crispy and flavor full. Also get their dill pickle dipping sauce, it is a next level game changer. Over all was very delicious will be ordering it again for sure. Just was kinda pricey.

I'm giving this four stars because the chicken was SO juicy and delicious while other parts of our order were a little lacking. We got the Nashville hot, well seasoned but the spice is a little bitter, it's lacking a certain sweetness, BUT with the honey & dill sauce it's perfect. Chicken and curly fries were excellent, as are the dipping sauces. Highly recommend the dill. Coleslaw was lacking flavor but the chicken was so good I honestly didn't care.There's room for improvement but overall a good experience

Best chicken sandwich in the city! The spicy was nice and spicy. Tender pull apart chicken. Seasoned to perfection! I will definitely be returning just for this. Lonestar wasn't one of my favourite places but the Frankie's hot chicken menu is a must have!!!

Would not eat here again. Paid $60 and definitely wasn’t worth it at all. Got mac and cheese bites they were dryFries were dry, chicken didn’t taste good at all had a weird taste. Popeyes is literally better then thisIt’s expensive for no reason also.Was very confused when there’s no sign out side of lone star saying it’s in there.

Awesome chicken sammy. The pickle slaw is phenomenal. Mac n cheese balls were top shelf. I ordered on Uber Eats and it was kind of cold. Not Frankie's fault at all. Gimme a bigger bowl of that pickle slaw and I'll give you 10 stars. Food is amazing. Portions were on the modest side. Would definitely order again.

Delivery was 10 minutes faster than projected, chicken was spicy and juicy, no complaints!

04/09/21 (4 stars)We ordered through Uber eats. Next time I order, I will pick it up myself as the food as less than warm.Best chicken sandwich I've ever had. (And I love a good chicken sandwich!). Curly fries were perfectly seasoned.Onion rings & garlic toast were also delicious.The only thing is, we ordered a bottle of water for $3.50 and we didn't recieve it. A bit disappointing.04/11/21 (added the 5th star)This time we ordered for pick up. The food was ready in 20 min and was still nice and warm when we arrived home.This time I tried the Nashville hot, was good but I think I'll stick to the ho hum. My husband tried the ho hum and said he wished it had more flavour but overall he enjoyed it. Next time he will try the Nashville. He also said he enjoyed the coleslaw. And of course the curly fries were delicious.

The chicken sandwich was bomb (3 large strips)...and the unique, spicy sauce was too (not for the weak...you gotta be able to handle the heat).The chicken was cooked properly not undercooked with a tasty breading and the coleslaw was seasoned and delicious as well. I'm not a fan of most coleslaw.No excess salty taste in anything yet seasoned well. I ordered via Uber eats
