Tomcat Boats

Do not buy or have your boat repaired from Tomcat boats. I took my boat in to get a new floor installed in June 2018. I waited over 3 years and he used nothing but excuses to repair it. I went and picked boat up and it was sitting outside with the engine cover missing and the motor exposed to the weather. Long story short Motor was destroyed as it was full of water. Boat inside full of water. Boat unfortunately was a complete write off. Tom said it wasn't his fault. I have all pictures and videos available upon request. Took Tom to court and he didn't even show up as he knew he was at fault. I won my case but he still wont pay. He owes me almost $20,000.00 now. Not finished with him yet.DO NOT BUY OR TAKE BOAT TO THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAMMER. TOOK MONEY FOR REPAIRS AND WONT PAY BACK

Took my $2000 deposit paid May 2018 and destroyed my Boat after finally starting in September 2019, changed price demanded more money. Refuses to Complete the Job unless I remove My Complaint to the Better Business Bureau made in April 2020 and negative facebook review he has hidden from his page. Has started a shell company Called Encore Marine advertised on Kijiji to get more victims without using the TomCat Boats company name. Beware!!!! He has a collection of other sport boats in his yard. There is a lot more to the Story. .... 2 YEARS!!! , 3 seasons ruined.
