Sunridge Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. Fisher and Dr. Touchan are both personable. Must give them credit for being patient in explaining things and appearing genuinely interested in the well being of their clients.The issue is the reception and at least 3 of their nurses who seem bent on invalidating patient complaints and excel at gaslighting them. They will insist that whatever symptoms you have are not related to the surgery or are as a result of you not following instructions.There’s also zero effort at after care. You go under, pay your bill then get sent home. Only there’s no follow up appointment, phone call or at the very least, one of their automated messages to see if you’re OK or have any concerns. If you do call to ask for assistance, you repeatedly get a condescending attitude.Valued service goes beyond a pretty office and skilled surgeons. I’m convinced you can do better.

The facility was bright and clean. The receptionists were very kind and patient - keep in mind my jaw was broken and couldn’t speak very well.The nurses were so kind and helpful, answering all my questions and providing me with the supplies and information I needed post-op.The surgeon is amazing. He was able to fix my teeth before he wired my mouth shut which made me cry tears of joy. I am so thankful for everything this clinic provided me. I could not be happier and in more pain at the same time.

10/10 I had a really good experience everyone was helpful they did an amazing job removing my widsoms it was my first time getting surgery and I would recommend coming to this place to get your widsoms removed everyone has good humor too :)

Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed this year and their experience went extremely well. The Doctors, nurses and staff were fantastic and I would definitely recommend getting any oral surgeries done here!

We had a great experience here- everyone was lovely from reception to the nurses and doctors. Our last surgeon had given us a wait of over six months for surgery and here they were able to get us in within days, which was amazing.My daughter had a tooth extraction under general anesthesia and she settled right in with the staff- they eased her anxiety right away and made it as “fun” as possible with treasures and treats afterwards.I definitely recommend Dr Touchan & team!

Very knowledgeable staff. Dentist was great explaining everything involved in the procedure to both myself and my daughter. And the nurses were kind, compassionate and very helpful with billing issues.

Update: Finished my wisdom tooth extraction surgery and it went well. The whole team was very nice and explained everything step by step. Dr. Touchan and his team are amazing!I went to Dr. Touchan for a consultation on my wisdom teeth surgery and the appointment went smoothly. Front desk staff were kind and diligent in sending all the paperwork to my insurance. The nurse I was with thoroughly explained the process for my surgery. Dr. Touchan was also very kind and I feel confident that the day of my surgery will go well. If you are needing an oral surgeon, this is the place!

I had 14 teeth pulled out at one time earlier last year great place I would highly recommend this company they were just amazing went so smooth and so well I was amazed ;)

My experience was great. I was terrified with what I needed done. Mostly cause I'm a big baby about needles. The nurse was so kind and helped me feel at ease. The price was fair. Wait time was minimal. I have no reservations about recommending this practice.
