Raiden called me immediately upon receiving an alert from Home Advisor.Raiden agreed to come down the next day and take a look. He quickly diagnosed my problem and got to work. Raiden was very polite and worked the entire time he was here finishing quickly and opening the busiest bathroom in our house.I would highly recommend and Raiden said he would come out anytime he was called.

Very professional and quick to respond. Had a pretty extensive clog in kitchen sink beyond normal snaking and drain-o. They were able to resolve the issue and install a new drainage set up in order to prevent future issues. Reasonably priced. I would definitely use Night Owl again and recommend to others.

Our technician, Rayden, scheduled our repair the same day as our call for help. He met the arrival window and even called ahead prior to his arrival. When he arrived he was compliant with Covid-19 precautions and wore a mask, thank you! The problem was quickly diagnosed and his persistence, with a generous amount of elbow grease, cleared the blockage in our sewer line. The charge for the out of hours service was reasonable and I even asked him to update the system around the problem area. I look forward to hiring this company in the near future and would recommend Night Owl Drain Cleaning to anyone with drainage issues.

Raiden is the absolute best! Please call him for any drain issue. Responded to my email request in a prompt manner. Set a time for after I got out of workShowed up on time and got right to work. He spent the better part of 3 hours working 100 feet out from the house. Completely professional, he let me know what he was doing every step of the way.The clog was removed successfully. Raiden is by far the best professional I've ever hired for any sort of home repair/maintenance. Please don't hesitate to call!
