The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do not stand behind their products or workmanship.

On May 21 2021 I went to acme pool to rent dolphin...as I have omg all the time.So it didn't work, took it gave me refund n said I could have a free day.went to collect free day.He won't b in til tomatoes. New Hartford told me to call rome n speak to a guy a gegirl answers nobody here

These gentlemen at both the Rome and New Hartford locations went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and get us the materials we needed on short notice. I have worked with a lot of pool companies to open our pool and this is the best customer service I have ever received by far! Would definitely recommend!

This year 2016 my husband and I decided to call and visit Acme Pool and Spa , We wanted so much to always put in a inground pool thats heated , so speaking with the salesman Dan and Dennis of Acme Pools , they were extremely helpful , from the measurements to colors to the location, we sat down and figured out everything we wanted with Dan and he took care of the whole process ...he did a wonderful job and all in all it went very smooth, no stress at all.....from the men he had put in the pool , the excavators , the masons , the electrician , all the way down to the men who installed the fence .....it was 100% quality workmanship, everyone of those workers did a great job and they all cleaned up after each job they did.....there was no time wasted, we were swimming in our beautiful pool in no time at all...they answered all our questions and were right here if we needed them....we call our house a STAYCATION OASIS , we spent many hours and days swimming and enjoying our heated pool , I highly recommend this company to install your pool ....we are extremely happy we went through with this....

They ripped me off. I brought my pump in to be tested and they told me it was shot and I needed to buy a new one for about $400..... turns out the pump was working fine, i had a problem with the circuit breaker in my electrical panel. They never even plugged my pump in, if they had they'd have know it worked.Edit: I don't see how you can leave that response, 3 years later, when there was and is nothing wrong with the pump. Once my breaker was fixed the pump worked fine and is still running without issue.

We called to have them come repair our spa first question was did you buy it from us , no , click they hung up on my wife.... well im sure now the next one i go to buy won't be from you ither ....

Went in to purchase a pool cover from the Rome NY location. Cover was clearly priced with a tag for $89.99. Was also with other new covers clearly priced the same price. At the time of check out though they charged $119.99. Simply said that was last years price, and it’s gone up. Like it’s out of there control. A plastic tarp in a cardboard box doesn’t go up 30% in a year. NONSENCE. The same cover on Amazon is $80. I’m ok with supporting local for a couple extra dollars. This is ridiculous though. This is why everyone should buy from the big stores. I will no longer support this business!..
