The owner of this store is FABULOUS! Went looking for my prom dress, had a specific idea in mind. She made my prom dress dreams come true, told her exactly what I needed and how I’m a bit smaller and need a certain fitting, her seam stress was so loving and made me feel so comfortable and made sure it was to my liking. Deffinetly sending everyone here!

Me and my friends went to this shop hoping to find a prom dress but we didn’t feel welcomed there. The staffs aren’t welcoming, they didn’t come to greet us or try to offer any help. There may be good dresses in the shop but the atmosphere affected our experience.

I had a wonderful experience finding my prom dress here. The ladies helping me were fantastic and very helpful! I am very indecisive so i tried onthree dresses multiple times and they helped me narrow it down. In the end they let me think and decide for myself which one was THE dress.

We purchased a prom dress here and were very pleased with the service during our shopping experience. The sales associates were friendly and attentive. When we returned to pick up the dress, there were several issues, (seams separating, rusching stretched out), that the in-house seamstress unsuccessfully attempted to repair. When the staff saw that we were not happy with the damaged product they ordered us a new one. It arrived very quickly and the new dress is flawless. Thank you for turning a disappointing situation around! My daughter loves her dress and we can't wait for prom!

Riviera helped me and my twin sister find perfect prom dresses. All the ladies working there were very nice and kind. They showed us a variety of dresses and were very cooperative. Would recommend this Riviera store in Metrotown to everyone!!!!

Gowns only place. Sorry boys. Not an altering shop for outside dresses.This place is a good place to start your gown hunting.Almost bought a gown here.The girls take care of you here. If you have already an event to go to I advice that you already try all the dresses in advance because when dress seasons come this place will be full of girls.-1 star because the place is small. and that's about it.They always have clearance sale on their higher sizes.Prices will get a bit higher $300-$1k for the nicer ones".I would suggest to window shop before finalizing your purchase here. Like how long the order will ship
