The staff are very unfriendly and do not give you the proper information to file a claim/forget to give you pertinent information. Also, wait times are ridiculous and there is no proper queuing system to determine who should be helped first. P.S. The office closes at 4 pm sharp, not 4:30 pm as stated above.

I called and gave an explanation but did not receive an email or phone call back.

They are super nice and help their best.

Absolute worst department. Get ready for 0 assistance, rude staff, and no help what so ever. They will keep you going around in circles rather than helping out with your claim.

Had the good fortune of being served by Chris at the Surrey court. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Thanks Chris. I also have to add that all calls for information were dealt with in a professional and helpful manner

I have been phoning for 3 weeks now and still have not been able thru to the them. I believe this is a essential services and they are not honering this service.

Went there the other day for paperwork info. The girls were really helpful as I have never done this previously. Of course there are questions I still need to ask and when I phone they seem very very busy. I feel bad that they are so busy. I find them very patient. well done patient ladies!

Horrible registry. Horrible horrible horrible. Arrogant and unhelpful. Please use other small claims services if you can. I grew much gray hair trying to work with them.

I guess you can't expect 5 star customer service from a court registry...I had been there 3 times and these were my experience:1. If you want to call their registry office, do it right after 8:30 am when they open, I was able to reach their staff within 5 min if not immediately. If you are calling in the middle of the day, the wait time could be 1.5 hours or longer.2. If you are filling documents with the registry, make sure you bring enough copies for each document because the registry would charge you $1 per page for photocopying in their office. And note a double-sided 1 page is considered as 2 pages. The staff didn't even tell me that they were charging $2 for printing each double-sided page and I found out after they were done with all the printing and told me the cost was twice as much as my estimation before.3. Not all registry staff are like this but you will certainly meet someone that would give you an attitude. This one person I met probably thought answering my questions was a waste of her time so she just left me waiting in the lobby for 10 min while continuing to chat with other staff in the office. I had to wait for another staff to see my presence in the room and proceed with my questions.4. Only nice thing about this place is that parking is free.

The small claims registration office ladies has given us misinformation. Or offering fractions of information. When they make you frustrated and you show, they will say they can't help you. The system is very backward... Bureaucracies to the max. Been there 4 times, tried my best over the course of 3 months and get nothing done.
