I’ve been impressed a few times now with the service, customer service and member pricing. I like that they only charge for the time spent doing the work and not full hours. The discounts and perks are awesome! My synthetic oil change was half of what I was quoted to have it done at the dealership. Well done!

I have had my vehicle into Auto Connection for some preventative maintenance in the past month and they have done an amazing job both times. They gave me a quote and that is what I paid. What an amazing concept (you definitely won’t find that everywhere). I know they will try to save you money on repairs if they can which is wonderful. I have a lot of faith in this shop and I would highly recommend trying out their VIP program - it is worth every penny! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Tyler and the team are outstanding! Honest, reliable and provide awesome customer service. Over the past 2 years since I've been going there I've experienced the utmost respect. I'll never trust my car to other mechanics in this city. Never pressured into more repair work than needed, find the best value in parts, and get work done in the amount of time promised. They thoroughly explain the problem and offer alternate solutions when possible. So grateful for their honest approach to car repair and servicing - a breath of fresh air!

I had a couple of the axels on my vehicle fixed and they were wonderful to deal with. They were very transparent about how much it would cost and even provided a written quote. With the VIP membership, the cost was several hundred dollars less than the other place that provided a quote for the same work. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place! I am so happy to have found a trusted mechanic!

We just bought a car from Auto connection. Part of buying it is a big inspection they do on the car. We felt good reading their report, but we noticed a big crack in the front bumper that wasn’t in the report. We said if they missed that, what else did they miss? Two weeks after we bought it, the brakes were squeaking really badly. We took it to their shop as they offer a discount when the car was purchased from them. They got us in right away and finished it fast, but $340 later and they still squeak. To be fair I haven’t bothered calling them to tell them about the brakes, just feel discouraged, didn’t need to spend that much on literally nothing right at Christmas.
