The sales staff were most helpful in assisting us in the selection of our Ceramic Flooring and Luxury Vinyl Plank for our home. The installation staff were very respectful of our home and took extra care during the installation process. We would definitely purchase flooring from Bert Vis Flooring again.

I contracted Bert Vis to tile the floor and fireplace of my newly built sunroom. Notwithstanding the fact that the construction of the project was 5 months behind schedule, Bert Vis was the one silver lining in what was otherwise and exercise in frustration. I am extremely pleased with all levels of their staff. Bert Vis kept to schedule, and the installer was amazing!!! I am extremely satisfied with their great customer care and the skill set of their installer…I wish my experience with the other trades was half as good.

We had bert Vis come and do carpet in our basement as we renovated it and added a few rooms. First Henry Vis from the sales department came out and did a quote, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and overall made choosing the right carpet super easy for us. Next Willum from the scheduling department contacted us to setup an install date and time. Again, Willum like Henry was super friendly and catered to our needs. Then finally the installers came and did an incredible job. The 2 gentleman who came were super friendly and were very quick. We thank Bert Vis for an amazing job and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to do my next flooring project. Thanks again to the Bert Vis team and if you were undecided if you were going to choose Bert Vis for your flooring needs, I’d say you need to give them a chance, they won’t let you down!

We had a great experience with Bert Vis and I would highly recommend using their services. Starting with Wilhem who came to the house to provide a quote; to the many trips to the shop to pick up samples to determine which way we would go: to the installation with Nate and team. This team is very professional we painted walls before hand and they didn’t leave a scratch and no touch ups needed. The work and the carpet is beautiful we got exactly what was quoted. Thanks to Bert Vis would definitely recommend!!

We chose Bert Vis Flooring because we saw the great job they did at our church, and we are just as pleased with the job they did at our house. The entire floor throughout the house had to be ripped out, the sub floor had to be nailed down again because of squeaks, and new plywood as well as the new vinyl plank flooring had to be installed and it was all done within one week's time! Well done!

Very good experience from start to finishMoved to a new home, and needed to replace all the carpet with Vinyl TileWe originally were leaning towards hardwood, but with two boys and a lot of dirt coming in/out, we have been very happy with the ease of the vinyl tile, and everyone thinks it is real wood.Installer, estimator to front house staff were amazingAfter our experience with the new floors, we recently had Bert Vis and their team completely gut and redo our bathroom. Job was completed with absolutely no issues and very happy with the workmanship. When they indicated they would start on a particular day and time, they were there. The quote did not suddenly change mid job, and communication was amazing.Highly recommend

Great experience, from beginning to end. This is the third time we have worked with Bert Vis and the experience has always been a positive one.
