The kindest employees i’ve ever met

As an American and non-native Francophone, going to SAAQ is usually a nightmare. I've been denied service at the Granby SAAQ because my French wasn't to the agent's liking. However, the people at the SAAQ in Sherbrooke were all very kind. I brought a native Francophone just in case. Rather than have a typical experience where I feel excluded, I for once felt this was inclusive to me as an immigrant. In the future, I would come here over Granby anytime. It's worth the drive to be treated like a human being and the Sherbrooke SAAQ does that, even though by law they don't have to give service in English, they at least gave me some patience and understanding.

Quick service and helpful staff. Speak both languages French & English.

Good place, coordinated, no rush. Attendant spoke a little English which was a bit helpful.

Friendly, professional, great group of people.

Terrible service.They told us to wait in our car for a hour to 1 1/2 hour for them to texr us. After 1 hour and 45 min. I went back to see. They told me they texted a hour ago and I was to late. I had to go in the back of the line again.She said I should've stay outside. Nobody could believe it.

If I could give it a zero star, that would be the rating. The employee was speaking to my husband and I as if we were children, then looking up and down at us (judging). The employee was not able to justify anything and simply stated, it's just the way it is.""
