Our inspection was thorough and informative. We were able to be there and walk through the process as well – which being first time homebuyers gave us peace of mind regarding some concerns we had.

John was exactly what we needed as first-time home buyers!! The scheduling process was quick and easy, and we were able to get our inspection done in a 5 day window. John was extremely personable and walked us through the house pointing out areas of concern, and chatting with us about solutions. This was all included in our inspection report which was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend John and team for an inspection, especially any first-time homebuyers.

Have worked with John at AmeriSpec on my past 2 house purchases. AmeriSpec is always very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them for any home inspection. John is very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable on any type of house. We really appreciated the walkthrough after the inspection as well as advice on future maintenance and upkeep.

Seemed like a good service at the time, but in hindsight I feel this company was favoring the realtor we used to make sure the house sale went through (I was the buyer). Inspector seemed to downplay many issues that we're dealing with over a year after closing.Would not recommend.

We had them do an inspection on the house we're selling. The inspector did a good job for the most part, but I deducted a star for each of the following reasons. 1. After inspecting the furnace, they did not replace one of the service covers, which I didn't find out until days later. 2. They left some negative subjective comments in their actual report, which were not really relevant to the inspection they were performing. The inspector even said that as well, making their presence even more confusing. 3. The inspector was an hour late and no one from the company informed us of this until we finally called them.

Very well spoken and knowledgeable inspectors. We learned a lot about homes in general and possible remedies to issues big and small. 10/10 in my opinion. Thanks Again!

As a first time home buyer, AmeriSpec put me in a lot of ease knowing exactly what I was walking into. In this market, you have to act fast and make sure nothing is left unturned, and I knew that was that case working with them. John was able to get an inspection done less than 24hrs after I had gotten the notice of the seller accepting my offer. He made sure to walk me through everything about the house in person and take the time to explain what I could fix and what someone else could fix. Can't recommend them enough!

Our inspector was very personable and friendly. He disclosed all items he noticed on our house-to-be, and he made clear the level of risk involved with each item and his thoughts and experiences on the best and most financially practical means of addressing any future issues. At the end of the inspection, he offered his assistance for any questions we may have concerning our house through email or text. My partner and I had a very trustworthy experience with AmeriSpec, and we will absolutely rely on them to answer our questions in the future!
