St. Paul Alberta Dairy Queen is horrible, they are extremely rude to their customers and further more Management is even more crude to their employees as well. My sister worked there for about a week, she would come home after a few shifts talking about how for some reason her employer’s where treating her differently, I didn’t understand at first until I seen it first hand, as I was waiting for my order, one of the assistant managers yelled at my sister AND rolled her eyes. As she was taking orders, in front of myself and multiple other customers. when I pulled the assistant manager to the side to explain to her that I thought her tone of voice was rude, she denied that she had even talked to my sister, and further more, the day after that happened they fired my sister because I stuck up for her. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful definitely never eating at the St. Paul Dairy Queen again. And I highly recommend finding a different job.

We put an order in for an ice cream cake and sent in an email with this fortnite image. There was a call made to confirm that the image was recieved but this is what we got when we picked up the cake. Completely different. If you're charging $15 for the edible image I would have preferred it to be the image that we chose and not one that you decided to put on there. Very disappointing.

Clean and tidy location service with a smile. Love the flame broiled burgers. The 8$ meal deal comes with a sunday and thats awesome everyday.

This was the best Dairy Queen experience I have had in a long time. They served me at the table and brought the blizzard at the perfect moment. This was a great place to eat today! Outstanding service and food. Thank you!

Got ice cream which was good. Had the fruity blast which we've had before, but this time it had barely any flavor and not all of the ice cream was covered. The service was not good at all. I could see my ice creams were ready and the gal went and got someone else's order from the counter gave it to them but instead of also giving me my order, she went back to the till to take someone else's order. Meanwhile mine was melting away. Another customer said to me just go ask for your ice cream. Another worker went to get someone else's order from the counter so I stepped forward and said can I please have my ice cream. She only gave me one then seemed to be ready to leave, so I said can I have my other ones as they're melting. Orders, especially ice cream on a very hot day, should be given out before you take a new order.

Ordered a last minute icecream birthday cake, the staff went above and beyond to decorate it perfectly AND keep it frozen for a long trip home.Would highly, highly recommend these folks, they are awesome!

It Can be hit or miss but mostly all good service. Sometimes takes extra time on the drive through lane but it manages. **they need to ask ot advise that they need to scan your app BEFORE anything rather than say too late afterward. Overall good place.

I asked for extra stuff in my Blizzard and although the top half of the ice (the part most visible upon pickup) looked scrumptious, I was beside myself to find that the bottom half was all but barren of any stuff to speak of. This type of treatment is not what I look for when I visit a dairy queen. I'm not even convinced the queen" in the name denotes an actual queen

I wish they had more non-dairy options and more specifically vegan options. It's good to have the non-dairy version of Dilly bar.
