Was a bit disappointed today. Visited Urban Barn, Sudbury location for the first time with my sister. Looking for a nice dining room including hutch. Also looking to furnish bedroom and living room. No other customers in the store and still not one sales rep even acknowledged being there. They looked at us and turned their backs. I don't like pushy salesperson but I still like to at least be acknowledged! Went to Structube next door where salesperson was very helpful!

This store is beautifully laid out, with all of the same offerings as are available in larger urban areas (something we northerners can really appreciate for once). The staff are knowledgeable about both design and their products, helpful and will go above and beyond to help bring your vision together without ever having to be asked. 10/10 experience from start to finish. I will buy my next several pieces of furniture from this store without hesitation.

Christine made my over-the-phone ordering experience top notch while I’m working in another province. She radiates kindness and helpfulness, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. 5 stars across the board.. I’m beyond impressed!! Can’t wait for my new furniture :)

Urban Barn… sure, I love all the items in the store, it’s beautiful “stuff“.It’s the “staff” however, not the stuff there, that makes the experience wonderful!I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Cathy, Dawn, Christine and Roni over the years andwith no exaggeration, I can say that these women are exceptional at their job.I feel nothing but warmth and welcoming when I arrive there.We’re even on a first name basis now and have had some really FUN laughs!!Urban barn, I hope you know how lucky you are to have the reliable, consistent, personable, experienced staff that you have. Treat them well, they deserve it, you don’t find that everywhere!These women are exemplary!

Christine and staff are extremely helpful, and we all had a blast planning specific areas for the new house. They sent me my design plan and were not pushy to purchase. I went in to shop a few other times to get accents and was welcomed right in and the staff again was amazing to work with. Keep up the great work ladies, you made my experience memorable. I’ll be back and will send more of my clients and family in there too. Wish I had more stars to give, xo
