The owner, a true professional in the industry, was present as well, taking the time to personally engage with customers. I tried their hamburger patties and smokies, and they were nothing short of fantastic. The patties were juicy and full of flavor, grilling up perfectly, and the smokies had just the right balance of spices, offering a delightful savoriness that I'm already craving more of. You can taste the quality and care that goes into sourcing and preparing these meats, and it's clear that The Butcher Box doesn't compromise when it comes to offering the best.The Butcher Box has raised the bar for meat butcheries in Alberta, and I couldn't be happier to have found them. Fantastic service! Viewing window into the prep room just lets you know how much you can trust these guys. Amazing cuts for a great price! My first time in there I asked for an interesting cut and he gave me a nice tender cut with a bit of a cooking challenge. Super friendly and understanding work!

I went in today, not realizing they weren't open today. Dallas greeted me and let me know they're closed Mondays Tuesday, but he'd be willing to help me out. Already I felt bad, but he convinced me to get a flap steak to try for Father's day!Exceptional service, he's knowledgeable and the prices are VERY fair, especially with the inflation rise lately.Highly recommend you stop by (when they're open of course!) And try some of their products out! The meat has beautiful marbling and I cannot wait to try it out this weekend!!Thank you for being such an awesome local company!!

You cannot go wrong shopping here, great quality meat and a lot of fun locally made products. Dallas is always super helpful and the staff are great as well. Very helpful and kind. Best little business in town!!

As a new resident to Lethbridge I was looking for a place with quality meats and I read the reviews and checked out The Meat Box today. I walked out with 4 steaks, 2 burgers, 4 sausages, some mushrooms, and some ground to do what I love to do…make burgers. I just got home and let me tell you I am not disappointed. I spent a little over $100 and I was afraid this might be a “too good to be true story”. The burgers didn’t shrink which indicates to me that they were not cutting with a bunch of breadcrumbs or filler. The flavour on the burger and sausage were amazing. I haven’t gotten into everything just yet but I will say that I’m happy… with what I have tried and I believe I found my preferred spot… The Meat Box. Sincere thank you to Dutch who was patient with me at the front counter and educated me on what they had to offer and Dallas who made it a point to tell me “all feedback is good feedback” which also showed me that he doesn’t just care about the bu$iness but also the quality that leaves the store. Whatever you guys are doing, you’re doing it right!

A++ Super friendly staff, the butcher is very knowledgeable and they just make you feel like you are at the right place soon as you walk through the door.The meat is very good and well priced.. this place is absolutely my go to butcher shop now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The best place to buy any meats in Lethbridge, The Ribeyes I’ve had from experience are by far the best in town. The prices are completely lower compared to any grocery store as well. If you are ever unsure or hesitant about cuts or types of any type of meats Dallas is very knowledgeable and will be best person to help you out for whatever you would need!

Loved the entire atmosphere! Good vibes from the employees & cute decor- some of the signs they have up made me laugh. The seasoned strip-loins are to die for & the jerky sticks were pretty good too- thanks for the great suggestions Dallas! Meat selection was great! Will definitely be back to try more and check out the spice collection. 10/10
