I've gone here for nearly 20 years. I rarely need outside computer services, but when I do they are my first choice. They are a true solutions company and can offer that extra something to even the most knowledgeable PC enthusiast. They've always gone the extra mile.

Customer service is not great. The first time I used their services, had to call them many times to get updates on progress. I continued to have problems with the laptop and now its non-functional. Didn't get much explanation of what they will do differently to not have the same problem recur. Wish I had received the same good service and helpful explanations that some other reviewers have, but my experiences have not been that.

Cheap price on an internal DVD drive.Went here a year later and bought a computer for my mother. Excellent experience.Have returned again. This time a new computer for me. Mike was VERY patient with all my questions! I am picking up my computer next week.Would definitely recommend!!

They carry used and refurbished PC parts for pennies on the dollar. Sadly as with most Halifax locations they don't have a large selection of legacy AMD components but these guys know what hardware would work with the system anyway. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff.
