I needed a dress cleaned for a special event and only realized it on Friday at 5pm. My dress was dry cleaned and ironed and ready by 9:30 the next morning. It is a delicate material and they took extra care to stuff the dress with tissue paper to keep its shape and prevent wrinkles.They went above and beyond what they had to do!Great service!!

Brought in a wedding dress to dry clean and I was very satisfied with their service. They have done a exceptional job getting out all the stains, the dress is just as new again!! Would definitely recommend them.

There was a paint stain I was sure was permanent but these guys got it out ! Will be going back in the future

I am BEYOND pleased with the service I received from New Park Cleaners. I went to get my knee-length down jacket dry cleaned along with sewing alternations that needed to be done on the hood of my jacket (the hood is entirely knitted with many of the threads coming undone - actually looked hopeless to get it altered).Not only was the service FAST, (I picked up my jacket in less than 48 hours), but I almost forgot that I had requested the alternation to be done on the hood because it looked good as new! I was so surprised and they really did a fabulous job with the alteration, not a single loose thread in sight! Unlike other dry cleaners that leave a trace of an odd lingering smell, I was glad this didn't happen to my jacket - no odd smell whatsoever.Although there are a few dry cleaners in my area, I would definitely make the trip again to come to New Park Cleaners as the staff is very friendly, warming and they provided excellent service. My Canada Goose jacket had very tough stains from the harsh winter weather and constant use for a year or so. They thoroughly cleaned my jacket with absolutely no stains remaining and my jacket looked brand new! Fantastic service. If you go, ask for Liza, best employee ever!

I come here for all my dry cleaning needs. Always friendly, reliable and speedy service! I recently got alterations done on a new suit (sleeve shortening, pants hem and pants taken in) and everything came out perfect. Highly recommend for all services!

I had a trench coat cleaned here and it came back with a bunch of white spots and lines. I tried to rub them out with water but they aren't coming off.

I cannot recommend this dry cleaner enough!! I was searching high and low to find a place that did their own in-house cleaning, as my clothing is very high end and delicate e.g. Zegna, Brunello Cuccinelli, Loro Piana etc. They even do next day express cleaning if needed. Customer service is always super friendly and trusting. So glad I found this place! :)

I got a large oil splash onto one of my favorite hoodie, I tried washing it by myself but failed, with little hope I sent it to the dry cleaner to hope for the best". Luckily New Park Cleaners were able to remove the oil stain completely and the hoodie looks like brand new again!!!"
