I feel that that I had reasonable service from my dealership until covid came along, then the prices increased dramatically plus an hour and a half for an oil change seemed ridiculous. Always looking for an excuse to find more work. I needed new winter tires and went to Tirecraft after reading the good reviews it received. Not only were the tires a good price but the owner, Ken, is knowledgable in all aspects of vehicle maintenance not just tires. A pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Hands down the best tire place you can go to! Ken Hong, excelled in his customer service, squeezed me in his busy schedule, beat all the quotes I got for 4 Continental tires for my Mercedes C43 AMG. He treats his customers how he would want to be treated! Thank you Ken! Always a pleasure!

I dealt with Ken and he’s so friendly and helpful (this guy should get a raise!). I initially requested a quote for new tires - they ordered them and put them on. At the same time, they discovered I needed a new tie rod (I think that’s what it’s called lol). Booked me in and everything went smoothly. This was the first time I dealt with this place, but I will definitely be dealing with them going forward. Awesome experience!

Ken is just an impressively honest man. Can’t be said for a lot of mechanics or businesspeople in general but you can 100% trust Ken.He’s also good at what he does. Every problem he has fixed, has not come back. We have a super old car but Ken’s helped us keep it running smoothly for years.There’s a reason this place has a 4.9 rating from 600+ reviews. Highly recommend.

My dealership has become noticeably aggressive in recommending major repairs over the past couple of years. For recently-recommended front-end work + new spark plugs, I decided to compare prices, dealership versus Ken @ Accurate Tirecraft. First of all, Ken's price was about half of the dealerships price. After dropping off the car for the service, I got a call from Ken, who said in his view the work was not even required! Where do you find that kind of integrity these days?? Ken understands the value of a long-term customer vs making a quick buck.Will definitely be bringing both of our family vehicles here for tires and mechanical work from here on in.

Been meaning to write a review! I first shopped at Tirecraft for a pair of All Weathers back 2017, and they had incredible pricing. I remembered them and decided to go back for a pair of winters for my new car. Ken and his team are so wonderful and so reasonably priced. PLUS they provide tire storage. He even gave me so many options for winters from a more economical standpoint to mid range. Lovely service, quick and fast. Please go here!
