Games Workshop

I'm only giving them 3 stars mainly because they are a dinosaur trying to survive in the modern age and I think fighting a losing battle. Of the 50 or so games I've purchased over the last 12 months or so, at least 45 were purchased using an online store. I personally think the experience was better that way, and I can see my future purchases being made the same way. I will say that if you prefer the storefront service then this place is one of the best and add back 1 or so (1.3, 1.4) more stars. As I deducted based on the experience and not these guys personally. I do miss the days of waiting for a title to drop at the store, but I think that is nostalgia talking. :)

This games workshop is stellar! Good selection of products and most of all the employee’s are top notch guys. Helpful, friendly and great to talk to. Shout out Andy, Ben and Big Hoss!

Great staff! No pressure to buy and solid info as to what you might be looking for. Lots of in-store lessons on painting and play. Ben (not me) is always there and he's awesome! Three thumbs up because warhammer

Staff here is rude.Stock is lacking as far as models go and they are more expensive than most everyone else. I am not sure why I feel very unwelcome at this store , I buy things and it seems (1 particular employee) just wants you out of there. I've also found this store to be very much gatekeepers for the games here , if you don't know about a game they have a very bad attitude when your not sure about a game. As a side note I brought a friend's daughter here to learn to play and she felt as if she was disrespected simply because she was a young woman and didn't know the game.

Super friendly and knowledge staff! When you're ready to take the plunge and learn to Warhammer, this is definitely the store you want to visit!They have a great selection of paint and minis to get anyone started and a fantastic display with minis the staff have painted.5/5

Very helpful yet relaxed staff. I never felt like I was the subject of an aggressive sales pitch. Nick, the manager, is especially approachable and knowledgeable whether you're looking to start a new army or bang out a new conversion or get an order sorted out. The rest are fantastic too, and are always willing to help out.

Store is kept clean and well stocked... well, as stocked as a hole in the wall can be. That said, the selection of what they have is varied enough, likely have what you need, and is always able to order what they don't have. The staff are knowledgeable about the products to a great degree, listing off what's included in a box as well as key details about units. However, the staff is where I feel the need to knock a star off as the staff feels very impersonal. While it's a good hobby STORE, it's not the greatest HOBBY store. Thinking about it more, I think I'm going to knock a second star off considering how important I consider a friendly atmosphere when it comes to hobby gaming.

Staff are super friendly. That said, taking off one star only because I prefer to browse around without staff asking constant questions. Shouts out to Jerrod for being really helpful. Been away from the hobby for a while and when I decided to get back into it, he really guided me and caught me up with a lot of stuff that has happened since my time away. Unfortunately shelves seemed a bit empty but I'll knock that more on the fact that it's shopping season more than the store's fault itself.

Friendly supportive staff. Very patient with younger kids.
