Luis wasn't very pleasant to deal with this time around.Tried charging me over 50 cents per unit for fire extinguisher tags, not knowing I paid less than half the price previously with shipping included (about a year ago)When called out on his used car salesman tactics with previous screenshots of my quote he was very quick to hide away and no longer respond to my emails. Don't deal with these scam artists.

Placed an order on Dec 1 and it is now Dec 15. No one replies to us, no one picks up the phone...this is frustrating. I’d look elsewhere for my print needs. We were supposed to receive the item by Dec 10!
