Hired Wade Roberts for 2 projects and have only good things to say. I appreciate their approach to pricing (quoted up front), customer service is always lovely and the tech was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I called wade Roberts plumbing for an issue I had with my kitchen sink. Mitch was extremely helpful! He came in and gave me honest advice and the work he did was amazing, giving mind to maintenance costs, he gave the best service for the cost and everything is working great now. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and efficient service.

Made an appointment for an assessment, he replaced my hot water tank on the same day. I was expecting to wait to have my tank changed, thankfully not. He answered all my questions without feeling like a salesperson just trying to get money. It was really appreciated.He also took care of my troublesome toilet that has very little space to work behind. The replaced the fill valve and is much quieter. We had fixed it before but wasn't as good of job as what he did.Had nice little sock booties to help keep the floors clean, not sure what they are called.He was mindful of my cat who likes to be around and can be in the way, he also likes to escape to sniff all the scents in the hallway of my strata building. My cat can only be locked up for so long before he gets miserable.This was fast and painless.

Everyone I spoke with at the company was super friendly and helpful. Matt came and did the initial consult and then came back to do the install. He was lovely and did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Wade Roberts Plumbing and Heating Services was recommended when we were deciding to replace our heat pump system and water heater. From the very beginning the entire staff from the front office to the technicians and the owner Wade were excellent to deal with. During the initial stages there was some questions about a certain product and also an unanticipated delay for installation. As a result, Wade called me directly to ensure I fully understood the issues and to clarify any concerns. I was very impressed with this level of service and was confident that I chose the right company to do the work.The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and punctual. A special thanks to Jay, Don, Dan and Brandon. Also kudos to the office staff for keeping me in the loop. I am very confident that this company will support its customers long after the sale. Repaired drain line, replaced water pressure regulator that Jared identified as over pressuring (thank you), replaced main house water shut off valve and outdoor water tap. Friendly and professional work. Response time was great. Would definitely use Wade Roberts in the future and would also recommend them.

Chris is fantastic and did an amazing job to clean up and organize our plumbing issues. Installed a recirculation pump to bring hot water faster to various areas of the house and fixed some not so great decisions from the previous installers. Everything is labelled now and replacement dates noted. Great job, highly recommend.

Small problem.washer dryer taps not moved for years. Did not sound good shutting off.Small problem but a concern, for me anyway. Contacted Wayne Roberts and they were there 3hours later. Fast, as I booked them for 2 days time. Cole, I think, sorry, checked the issue and determined there was no problem,, all was good. He explained what possibly needs to be done down the road but not pushy. Anyone who needs small or large problems sorted I would recommend Wayne Roberts?. I could have been taken for a lot of money, not knowing anything about plumbing, but they are fair and honest. It's also great talking to a human when you phone the office. The customer service is the best and my advice is if it is not, tell them. I never write reviews... So this is testament.
