Limeworth X-Ray And Ultra-Sound

Went for an ultrasound scan and i got attended to on-time. The personnel who carried out my scan seemed pretty confident and shrewd in what he was doing. The only minus for me was the wait-time between the day of booking the appointment to the actual date of appointment.

Giving 1 star because I can’t give ZERO. Won’t recommend at all! They don’t accomodate anything! If they reschedule the appointment because the technician is not available thats okay! But if you are late by few mins in the middle of the day for any reason you will have to reschedule your appointment.

My mom can not speak English, the Technician who was in charge for her kept yelling and rising her voice to the point that I believe a racist matter in play. Some questions she asked related to some of medical terminologies which is hard for me as translator to understand to prove her the correct answers, she was then rising her voice with supper rude attitude toward us. She made my sister who accompany with my mom in tear after walking out of the lab room. Worse service ever!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMAND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I was told by my Doc's office that this was a drop-in lab, however when I got there I discovered I could have made an appointment. I had to wait one hour for a 5 minute xray, making me wonder if they just squeeze in drop-ins between those with appointments when there is time. (If so this needs fixing somehow). The staff, however, were polite and helpful and all were obviously working as quickly as they could.

I found my experience at this facility to be less that desirable and falls well under acceptable treatment to be expected from both the staff and facilities. The staff firstly double booked my appointment giving me two separate ones for same testing. The receptionists were rude, discourtious and lacked the knowledge to be intaking any type of patient. The receptionist I dealt with kept asking me why I was getting x-rays and ultrasounds, and was so confused that she had to confer with two other employees there. I was booked in for x rays and ultra sounds and then told the day of the appointment that they didn't have time to do them all. The staff was rude and pushy. They seemed under qualified to do their jobs. If this is what privatizing health care looks like then we are in for trouble. I would also have to question human resources and their hiring standards and practices.

Limeworth X-Ray & Ultrasound is amazing and it’s all because of their employees Mandy and Saba at the front desk. From the moment they answer your phone call to the day you come in to have your procedure done, they both treat you with stellar customer service. Whenever my doctor sends me for a procedure, he knows I will only go to this location. They’re incredible. Today I needed to get a copy of some imaging for an upcoming appointment with a specialist. In a matter of 2 minutes I had everything they had on file in my hands. It blew me away. I’ve been to other x-ray places where it requires you to wait up to a week to get the same documentation. A very special thank you to you Mandy and Saba! You are to be commended on your outstanding customer service. I don’t know how much you get paid, but I can tell you it’s not enough! This is the best ultrasound place that I have ever experienced. Under Manager Fadel’s leadership, the whole office is very efficient and caring to the patient. Fatel is an outstanding manager.

Please do something about the automated voice message when you call or give the option to skip it.No one needs to spend so much time listening to irrelevant information when they're just trying to book.

Mammograms are uncomfortable to say the least. However, Sara at Limeworth is an excellent technician. She has a great manner and explains what she needs you to do. Best experience ever, you need to hang on to her.

I had a great experience with my ultra sounds here. The tech I seen, Yasmeen was so wonderful to be around. I requested her for my other appointment. She was professional and personable. Made me feel comfortable and calm. The entire staff was great when I walked in, never had any problems.
