Found an insect in my food from here and have heard other people saying the same thing.Once the new owners took over,this place has gone down the drain.

Order n delivery were good. We ordered dinner for 3. The chicken wings were deep fried in old oil which made them taste fishy, the noodles were dried out with too much soya sauce on them and the chicken was grey n rubbery. Very disappointed

Food quantities are large, food always arrives fast, and hot, and you can specify the level of spice, so if you don't like any spice, you can get none, but if you like very spicy, you can get that too.They also use their own delivery driver even if you order on doordash, so it's always consistent.

wonderful meals chicken balls, Cantonese- Style Lo Mein with chicken BBQ pork, shrimp mixed veggies and mushrooms. plus mushroom fried rice.

Exactly what I’m looking for when I want Chinese food takeout. Good fried rice, good chicken, good sauce (comes on the side for maximum sauciness). Sadly did not enjoy the egg roll or spring roll. Tastes really good as leftovers, which is key.

Walker in, ordered single package of Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls. Hot, Fresh, Tasty, and very fast to make, but 12 priced at 11$ Plus tax. I find myself wondering if it might be cheaper elsewhere.

I've been ordering from here since the late 1970's. Over the past couple of years I've noticed a decline in the food. As of last night, I'm never ordering from there again. The taste of the food did not taste as it should in addition to everything being too salty. We threw it out. A lot of money wasted. Congratulations Chopstick House, you've lost a 45 year customer. New Spring will be my go to.

Worst Pad Thai I have ever had in my life, definitely worst in London. Watery, bland noodles with barely any tofu or vegetables. No eggs or peanuts. It's going in the trash. What a disappointment. Sooo awful.

Absolute garbage quality. Do you want an entire bowl of bean sprouts when you order a chicken dish? Then let me tell you that you’ve came to the right place. Do you enjoy being disregarded by the staff when you ask a question regarding the order? Then let me tell you the chopstick house London is the place for you! Where you can not only be ripped off for the food you’ve paid for… but you can be insulted for inquires too. COME ON DOWN TO THE CHOPSTICK HOUSE!What a joke of a place.

I called in an order over the phone to this antiquated and dilipidated restaurant and naturally they had no record of it. I asked them to fix it by creating a new order and the wait was another 20 minutes on top of the 50 I already waited. Left ignored in the lobby staring into space and nothing was done to correct it. When you have that much business, customer service and quality becomes garbage, like the rest of the place.
