Best place in town to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Not because of the food or drinks but for the staff. One in particular Melissa she is hands down the best employee there. Makes your day brighter and you feel wellcomed in everyway because of her I will continue to visit this location and no other. She is a true symbol of costumer service. Keep up the good work you have a forever customer as long as you are there.

Saturday @ 7 PM MT... No effing doughnuts left.... Like always. Update: Friday I called the number below by Tim's response here and they said they'd look into the matter and that's it. Honestly this Tim's doesn't care about customer service. Basically their attitude is, well, if you don't like it then go drive a hundred miles to go somewhere else. this Tim's has a 3 star average for reviews. I can see why. I wouldn't be buying shares in Tim's anytime soon, if they keep up this attitude, I bet they'll go broke in five to ten years.

This morning around 6:30am I ordered a bacon breakfast wrap. 5 minutes later she was calling out a sausage farmers wrap and I assumed it was someone else’s in front of me. She then pointed to me and called me over and said I should take the sausage farmers wrap because they are too busy to make the correct one. There was a huge line so I decided to not make a fuss and take it and then threw it out when I got back to my hotel room :) great place!!

Attn. Tim Hortons new policy every store. No counter service until you speak up. They are all short staffed on purpose and ignore the front. I got mad finally and said... loud... No Service? No more of my money. I walked out. It's not the staff fault but the management . I say boycaught.

Excellent customer service provided by Marckus, who has an excellent positive energy and will go far in PR. All aspects of my visit were great except for some of the other staff who were socializing loudly in Tagalog. I find that to be rather rude to English speaking employees and patrons alike. Correctly and accurately received and executed order with outstanding efficiency.

Its too bad that new canadians arent smart enough to realize how irritating it is for actual canadians to have to listen to the philipino language whenever coming to buy a coffee. They segregate themselves by choosing not to speak french or english, and then claim racisn when they get called out on it. Go home.
