Horrific! This man actually swore at us because we couldn't move our broken motorhome off his property, when we went there to get help. We had hit an animal in the night and were looking for assistance. He also refused to let us use his phone in an emergency situation. I would strongly recommend never dealing with this man.

We pulled into Alexis Creek after all the oil in our engine had drained out on the highway due to a leaking oil filter. Doug dropped what he was doing and got straight to work and had the issue fixed within a half hour. He topped us up with oil and we were back on our road trip. 7000km later we're still going strong. Thanks Doug, you saved our trip!

Had a fuel pump replaced took the whole gas tank off a lil busy and the guy still did it with a finger injury good job got me home

I am truly shocked that Doug even gets any business he's rude and extremely racist. We asked him if he honors status card's & Doug and his(late)dad big Doug, both swore us out of the garage. Big Doug died shortky after that(karma)Doug is a nasty individual. Nobody should take their business to his over priced garage, if you call it a business. Nasty miserable individual. Unfortunately Alexis Creek has Doug represent them in such a racist light. Ugly ppl ruin it for other's.
