Took a friend who is a big fan of Mary Brown's. I was underwhelmed.I ordered the Big Mary sandwich with wedges on the side. Food was ready very quickly and the friendly server brought it to our table.Sandwich was a decent size, bun was fresh, right amount of condiments and garnish. Chicken breast was over cooked and dry. Very chewy. Wedges were cooked perfectly, crisp outside, creamy inside, but super salty.Overall, it wasn't the worst fast food I've had but far from the best.

Chicken here is decent. Been here few times. They are mostly short staffed. All 3 times used the drive thru. For this time i placed my order well ahead on app and went to pickup after the order ready by time. Was asked to drive up. Was sitting in car for more than 15 mins. No one evn acknowledged. Place was dead no car behind me all this time. Another car came by after 20 mins and then someone finally came to window and said 2 more mins. Got my order finally after 25 mins in dirve thru.

The food is good and spicy. Best customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant so far. This one employee named Amit is always smiling and always has this positive air surrounding him. The energy they give off honestly puts me in a good mood whenever I eat here.

Ordered a spicy feast and I was met with exceptional customer service that went above and beyond expectations, unlike other locations the seasoning was applied very well. The staff was extremely attentive and very friendly, highly recommend this location over any fast food chicken in south western Ontario.

I think they have the best chicken sandwich in town. Tried all - Nashville Mary, original, spicy and buffalo.. all of them are superb in taste and excellent chicken quality. No comparison with others similar food chains - One thing is pretty much clear, Popeyes are not even close to this, it is highly recommended to eat here before you go any other food chains. It’s just they are lacking in marketing otherwise they should beat others easily. Customer service is top notch, keep it up guys!

I love Mary browns, they are bit on the pricey side of fast food, and the wait is a bit longer. But it's 100% worth it. The food is hot and great portion sizes

Not the best one in town. Portions are usually small especially if you get the very expensive chicken fingers. The location at the boardwalk is much better.
