Food Quality is great, cooked just right and tastes excellent.The service is good, with speed being better than average. The facility is also quite good on the cleanliness side of things. Sometimes they give you a to-go bag when you ask to dine in, which should be fixed. Employees are friendly and helpful. Probably one of the best fast food places in town.

They make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. The staff here are awesome as well, really friendly and quick with preparing the order.

This is the worst A n W I have every went to. The food usually sucks and is cold and tastes like the worst and u will ever eat. They mess up the order everytime and are extremely slow getting you out the door. Last 2 times I went they messed up the order big time and took over 30 to get me my food. WORST ANW I HAVE WENT TO

There was egg shells in the scrambled eggs and they weren't scrambled. It was folded over like an omelet. Staff only paid attention to drive thru and neglected the restaurant customers in line. Waited quite a while to be acknowledged even though they were all right in front of us. They only have splenda" as a "sugar substitute" but it isn't a substitute. Just because it is "zero calorie" doesn't mean it can be used by people on certain diets or diabetic. Need an actual sugar substitute like monkfruit

I am very dissatisfied with service of the drive thru I've been through on several occasions nd every time I've never received any salt/pepper nd napkins with my order... I've asked for these things to be placed with my order every single time nd have never once have they been in the bag. There is nothing worst than getting down the road ready to enjoy your burger nd BANG!!! Your whole meal is ruined simply for the fact that the drive through attend does not care about his/her job or doesn't care about the customer enough to ensure that he provided that customer with the best service.. So if your a person that doesn't care about what they get you get for your DOLLARS nd will eat something that has had the pleasure and enjoyment taking out by all means go through the drive of A&W in High Prairie Alberta...Saltless...
