Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Had an appointment for 3, as per store policy I waited outside in my car for them to come tell me it was time for my appointment. So while waiting someone else pulled up about 5 minutes later, ignored their policy and walked right in. They were immediately sat down after their temperature was taken and THEN 5 minutes after that I was approached and asked if I wouldn't mind waiting until after them.....Really? I show up early and follow Covid Policy (as I have an autoimmune disorder) and i'm pushed aside for someone with no regards to it?Classy, never again will they receive my business nor my praise.

Booked an appointment because for some reason this place does not seem to welcome “walk ins”. Your FANTASTIC SAMS! Take what you can get. I arrived 2 minutes early and both stylists were with customers. I patiently sat for 10 min waiting to be called for my so called appointment yet no one approached me and said I’ll be with you in a few minutes. Why make an appt? The staff conduct themselves as unionized employees with an hourly rate as opposed to pay per client? Also, how do chain salons get away with charging more than $18 for a men’s cut?Thanks for nothing! Literally .

Went to get my hair cut on June 23, 2015 bad experience.Had a hair appointment for 6 p.m. As i get there at 6 the dresser tells me there is two ahead of me, not cool.The wait would have been about 15-20 mins easy.Don't waste my time. Plus the kid who just got done had way to much product put in his hair and the fade was meh, made it look greasy.I would advise doing business else where.

Just like other reviews of this fantastic place" they say they take walk-ins but everytime I walk in they ask me to come back in an hour even though nobody is sitting around waiting. If the hairstylist would have hurried up her 10 minute conversation and subsequent internet browsing she could have cut my hair in that time. Mens hair cut is 10mins tops. Place was empty except 2 people getting cuts. Always treated like a beggar when I walk in. This is the last time I will set foot in this place. Alway have a staunch attitude if you walk in almost like they dont need your business. Must be making money hand over first to shoo away paying customers who have a history of tipping very well. Me and my sons will never be back here. Not very Fantastic whoever this Sam person is should be ashamed."

I always get a great haircut and shampoo at a reasonable price. Haifa does a great job as do all the other ladies.

Do not recommend this place.Go to Shear Image down the road instead. They have experienced hairstylists.

Updated review:I'm adjusting my rating to 5 stars as they've been much better at taking walk-ins lately. And, as always, the staff is great.Old review:Desperately understaffed! The people who work there are great, but they're so understaffed it's practically a by-appointment only boutique salon at this point. They have tons of chairs but only a few at a time are ever staffed. Management needs to schedule more people. I just drive to First Choice on Manning now, and they take me every time. It's way out of my way to go there, but at least I'm not immediately greeted with a do you have an appointment?!" as soon as I step in there."

I went to get a haircut today and I have to say the Hairdresser Tina was amazing. She cut my hair just the way I asked and was extremely courteous and friendly. I hope to keep Tina as my new Hairdresser. Thank you Tina for a wonderful job!

Today, I got a haircut there on may 19 2022 and I asked the person who did my hair to cut off half a inch off my The top of my hair. The person didn’t the person cut like a inch and now my hair is super short and now I have to wear a hat everywhere because how bad it is. they always cut my hair to short I don’t know why I always keep coming back. NEVER COMING HERE AGIAN

My hair dresser was great and did a fantastic cut of my hair. No wait time and lots of parking.
