If you see something on sale on their website the staff hide them til it's over try to sell you their store brand items instead at regular price they play dumb about it too

The staff at this location was very helpful. I dealt with Matthew who was more then accommodating, and he did all he could to help me with my purchase and needs. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. If your signing up for a new phone plan I recommend that you come here. The manager was also there and he was very personable and helpful as well. My personal experience here was good, and I will return when I’m in town again.

Staff have exceptional knowledge and understanding of each product they sell! I bought an IPhone 14 pro from them and the customer service was impeccable! 100% recommend going and seeing these staff for new devices!

I purchased a Razer keyboard yesterday and I love it so far! Cameron helped me with all of my questions and made sure the product would fulfill all my needs. He even steered me towards one that was on sale, which wasn’t even on my radar. Saved $50 and got amazing customer service. The Source just gained a new regular customer!

Clean, open, up-to-date, but the staff seemed too anxious and impatient to let me browse, most likely on commission. When inquiring about a product, he picked the more expensive rather than chosen by my needs and affordability.
