The whole dental experience was very positive. Staff and Dr. Tayari were friendly and caring. Staff and dentist very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me about my teeth. I am so happy to have found this dental office and highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

As someone who experiences high dental anxiety, this clinic is top notch. I have seen them twice now and could not have asked for more patient and caring staff, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, dental assistant and the Dentist himself. Extremely considerate people who actually understood my nerves and worked with me to make my experience as positive as possible for my visit. Despite my deep-set fears, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I am relatively new to Nanaimo but this is my new chosen dental clinic. I won't go anywhere else.Update: now it has been three visits and this was the first time I was able to remain relatively relaxed in a dental office in 30 years. Michelle cleaned my teeth and she was amazing.

Dr. Lee Olson, my new dentist replaced a 30 year old filling for me yesterday. It was painless, professional and quick. One of the best visits ever to the dentist. Dr. Olson, while I didn't fall asleep while you were drilling, it was by far one of the easiest visits I've ever had.

Very friendly, gentle dentist and staff...made having something difficult like a broken tooth turn out to be easily fixed with little or no discomfort...I recommend Dr Tayari to anyone needing a reliable dentist.

I just finished having my teeth cleaned and one filling done.Trevor, the hygienist, is a marvelous person and hygienist.Dr. Olsen performed the filling very professionally.My only comment is that Dr. Olsen used White Filling instead of the old silver amalgam. The White Filling costs way more and I was not consulted about which I would prefer. As an older person I really don't care what the colour of the filling is and I certainly can't afford the White Filling. The office did take my comment and did something about it.

Dr Olsen and his staff are kind and efficient. They work together to provide high quality dental work, quick appointments, no wait times. They just completed an invisible repair to my front tooth. My previous dentist, now retired, was beyond wonderful. I am pleased to make this smooth transition to a new dentist.

I went here for a checkup as I had some tooth pain and knew I needed some filling work done. Dr. Olsen was very thoughtful and considerate in explaining to me what my options were to treat my teeth, which ended up being a rotted tooth beyond repair and an absessed tooth which needed either a root canal or to be pulled. I opted to have them both pulled and the procedure was quite painless and professional. The staff are all very heartfelt and awesome~

My dentist, Dr. Farzad Tayari, is an outstanding dentist. He is very caring and also incredibly creative when it comes to fixing a seemly impossible tooth problem. He goes above and beyond!

My old dentist retired and I found the new owners were very unwelcoming and seemed to only be interested in high price aesthetic procedures.Upon googling and reading reviews for Dr Tayari, I decided to give him a try. Well, that was the best decision ever! He’s so very warm and friendly and goes out of his way to find the right treatment that works. The entire clinic is a very welcoming environment. I highly recommend anyone looking for an honest, sincere dentist who puts his patients needs first, to give him a try.
