At first the things started going through the hole, and I'm like, okay... But then the parts that were the hole became the outside of it, and I'm like, what?? And then the outside parts became the inside part of the hole again, and I'm like, hell naw! Get outta town! Five stars for sure.

This is an example of public arts at its best. At first glance it is a steel sculpture . In reality it is a space age art using natural energy, wind as low as two km per hour, to power the pedals of a dandelion shape like flower to bloom. This piece of art was donated by the Weber family as a gift to Concordia University to celebrate Canada 150 and Montreal 375 anniversary. It is addictive to look at the kinetic beauty under various weather.

Fascinating and slightly terrifying sculpture that moves with the wind at the corner of Concordia.
