Great service! Our Whirlpool washing machine stopped working and the individual on the phone had a good idea of what the problem was so they ordered the part first. Sure enough, they were right and they were able to install the part within one day. Left the old part so I could see that it was worn out. Back up and running! Good value and very professional.

I liked the way the service was delivered starting by scheduling the appointment. The technician arrived on time and the issue with the fridge was solved. Also, the tech charged what was told to me during the call. I liked the service and I can recommend it to my friends.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… WORST SERVICE EVER…. WORST WASHING MACHINEI bought a new Maytag washing machine 3 months later it was broken … we called customer service who sent someone to have a look, (after 3 weeks with nooooo washing machine, which is a disaster for a family of 2 and 2 kids ) he advised us it needs a new part and he checked online and said that the part IS AVAILABLE AND IT WILL BE REPAIRED IN 3 DAYS ……..It has been another month WITH NOOOOOOO WASHING MACHINE and when we called again and again they said the part is NOT AVAILABLE … and till now it’s still not available……..Stay away if this brand it’s the worst after sale service EVER …

The person that original took my call was very helpful and worked with me to check models, serial #'s age of machine etc.the technician showed up in under 24 hours and was very knowledgeable.I will call them again when I need service.Tom

We have been using MMS for more than 7 years and have always had good service from them. For example, Yesterday I called because our dryer was squealing. April was able to book a tech (Thomas) for the next morning. Thomas was at our door at 7:00am. After taking the dryer apart he quickly determined the issue and as luck would have it had the part in his truck. He was done at 7:25am. Great Job!!!

Repairman showed up at assigned time. There was no parking available on my street. I suggested he park on nearby street, an approximate 3 minute walk. He very rudely told me this was not acceptable as he may get a parking ticket. He then just walked away. He did not even give me opportunity to tell him that if he got a ticket he could add this to my invoice.
