I wanted to add 3 small patches to my leather vest 3x2 in. I took them in on Friday. I was told it will be ready on Monday 4pm. I went to pick it up and the hadn't even started the job. and they asked me to come back in an hour or tomorrow. They had 3 and 1/2 days to get it done, but didn't even bother to call me to let me know it wasn't going to be ready. Then, I went next day to pick it up again, and it costs me $75 dollars!!!!! Wow!!. I already have 5 patches on my vest. I went to a place in Delta last year to put all 5 of them at the same time, and they charged me 20 dollars!....for all 5 patches!!! I asked why isvit soo darn expensive and she just smiled,like itcwas funny! Customer service is horrible! I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I felt robbed and extremely unappreciated as a customer.

I’m currently waiting on some pants to be tailored and I’m very excited to see the work they do on them, in the meantime I wanted to leave this review of my experience thus far. I called to inquire whether or not they do tailoring services and was encouraged to bring my clothes with me to their location so they could take a better look. They were very kind and courteous over the phone, and the lady I spoke with and helped me when I arrived was very nice, happy to help and made the customer service experience very warm and inviting. Barring a catastrophe in the tailoring, I’m definitely going to make this my regular place and recommending it to others.

Switched to Courtesy from another cleaner. Excellent opening hours and prompt, efficient, service. You'll see more of my dry cleaning!

Quoted me $88 and billed me $151 when I got there. Avoid this place!

This place is AMAZING. Staff are friendly and do a really good job. They saved one of my favourite t shirts. I couldn't buy another one because it had been discontinued, but Courtesy Cleaners was able to fix it in just a few minutes. I will never hesitate to bring in my clothing and you shouldn't either. They will take care of you. Reasonable prices and same day service available upon request. Fantastic!

I tried this dry cleaner about 3 weeks ago and was shocked on what they charge. I brought in 8 mens shirts and they charged me $12 per item. That is highway robbery. Other dry cleaners charge $6.50 per shirt. When I called to see if I got ripped off they said they charge $14 per shirt. They didn’t even do a very good job. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .. don’t use them and be a where what you are charged. One star is too much .

I have brought my clothing here to be mended on many occasions and the seamstress' here have never let me down. Their work is well done. They have a change station on site for fittings to accommodate your mending requirements. Two thumbs up.

My go to place getting things repaired or sewn on. Very kind very friendly.

I showed up with a favorite pair of jeans that had a 4 inch tear on the back seat of my jeans right near the rear right side pocket. I asked how much to repair or darn it. I was quoted a whopping $34.00 without blinking an eye! They probably thought I was asking that they also gild the pair of jeans in gold when they were finished with it. I nearly gave in, because I really like this pair of jeans and wanted to extend its life a bit longer. I asked if they would repair the tear for a bit less money, but they declined. Luckily I took my jeans and left. Went along to a hospital managed to find another alterations place about five minutes down the road, who agreed to repair the tear for $22.00. Wanting to make a living in your business is one thing. But to want to blindly rob your unsuspecting customers is downright low!

$82 to dry clean 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants....... I brought my garmets in suit bags with wooden hangers and asked them to reuse them to reduce waste, but they refused and put them on matal hangers in plastic bags. Overpriced and terrible service.
