Studio Rio Integrated Pilates
Gisele is a gem. After my first session with her, I came home and told my husband that I've met someone who will change my life for the better. I've been working with her for 3 weeks now and I feel like me again after having three kids. She is knowledgable, kind and patient. She knows when to push and layer on new parts of exercises and when to take it slow. My sessions with her are my favourite part of the week.

The best Pilates studio in the GTA hands down! As a very experienced Pilates advocate who’s been all over, I can personally say the care that was put into my experience here is unparalleled. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Pilates! The instructors are fantastic!

Studio Rio Integrated Pilates
The studio is bright and intimate with 2 excellent teachers. Both are very personable, warm and funny! I've been working with them for a few years and I am no longer in constant pain from a back injury. These are the best Pilates teachers in TO!

I have been living with chronic back pain and have struggled to find relief. After committing to weekly private classes with Giselle, she has curated workouts specific to me and my needs which have given me much needed relief. She is fabulous and I highly recommend her!

Studio Rio is awesome, the Pilates instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly! The space is super clean and located in a great spot. You have to come to the studio !

Studio Rio Integrated Pilates
Lovely space, clean, well-equipped, accessible. Instructors are able to adapt the exercises for all attendees. The hour-class passed so quickly yet was rich with detail & attention.I will definitely return & look forward to it!
