Been a patient for 12 years. Clean businesses. Stairs and elevator. Paid parking, but also an area for quick drop off and pick up.

I've always have had a professional experience whenever I call or go there. I'm 76 so I suppose I should be grabby like some. One has to put themselves in the other person's shoes and ask, how would I deal with myself?

You are just treated like an inconvenience, Dr. Arsenault has no care for his patients and provides no compassion or care, leaving it to the patient to survive.

Agree with all the reviews about the terrible reception staff. Not sure if it's multiple rude people or just one, but the attitude they gave me for literally no reason was completely uncalled for as I had a simple question and was kind and polite. This woman should not have a job in health care or customer service.

After many calls I am realizing it is Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Horrible phone system with unlimited options. Eventually just tried to hit random extension to get to a real person on the phone and that didn’t work. I am giving upWhat is the extension to talk to someone?

Receptionist super friendly every time I've been - seriously no idea what other people are talking about. I have a doctor in the building and yes it's true that needs to be the case to make an appointment. Seriously everyone is so friendly here - coming from someone who is super uncomfortable in western medicine settings.

Great separated system now for parking and drop off. A lot less confusion. Just make sure you take your parking ticket with you - as you pay in the building when leaving. There are signs posted on the lot but when you're watching traffic and looking for a parking place, looking for posted signs about parking tickets is not a top priority. It would be beneficial if that was noted on the ticket itself. Yeah, as you may have guessed, I had left mine in the car so I knew where it was on exit - but had to make an extra walk to and from my vehicle.

I had Dr. Armstrong and now have Dr. Binette both amazing doctors highly recommend coming here.After hours is also amazing and do the best they can for the patients.
