We brought our canary here. My stepson kept insisting he was old, sick and he felt it was his time. Dr was of a different opinion.Almost 300$ later and we arrived home with a dead bird in the cage. Dr should have listened to my stepson.Even after an extreme situation like this, They charged fir the full visit and medication! They would not take back unused medication. They are a money making clinic. Expensive and more interested in racking up the invoice.I would definitely not recommend this clinic.

The staff members are caring and friendly. The clinic is spacious, clean and bright. There is a wide selection of food and accessories.

The staff at this vet clinic are incredibly kind and so patient!All the receptionists are so welcoming but there is one in particular, I believe her name is Lorie, that is just amazing.In regards to Dr. Gagnon and the techs, the patience and kindness shown to me when I was quite visibly nervous about my puppy’s surgery, was incredible.The prices may be a little higher than some other places, but I do also find their technology to be more modern than other clinics.

The staff are amazing. The veterinarian doctors are exceptional..... I have 2 cats; one with chronic illness and a rescue; both get the best care from this place. Shoutout to the whole team that have great people skills even though they work with animals. lol

They saved my dog’s life. Or, so, I believe. My puppy was diagnosed with puppy strangle when he was 6 weeks old. The previous vet who treated him over medicated him and I thought that he was dying ( very rapid heartbeat and excessive panting). I called in a panic on a Monday morning and got an appointment for 1pm the same day. After a month of prednisone and antibiotics, he is now thriving and growing fast (he is a 4 month old golden retriever) The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that the wait in clinic is sometimes a little long and their prices are pretty high. The vets, however, are amazing. I am very happy.

My cat was dying of a hypoglycemia, and they didn't accept us saying they had no free vets for a week.What's the point for a vet to exist, if they do not save lives, but accept by appointment only?Surprisingly to the management of this clinic, our cats and dogs often require help without any planning. It doesn't happen like Hey mom

We took the appointment a month ago, in the meantime we moved houses so we might’ve forgotten, it is our fault for missing the appointment. Fact is, you did NOT call us back 1-4days prior as per your policy, as you usually did.Yes, it is insulting to agree to an appointment then get a call back 15min later to get asked to pay as if we haven’t spent our money at your place for years, and as if you’ll go broke without the little deposit. It is careless behaviour, and for this little deposit you lost business not only from my 2 dogs but also my sister’s 2 dogs, and my aunt’s dog. So losing 5 very young dogs in total for a deposit, from a business point of view it is pretty dumb.Without mentioning your pitiful behaviour and unprofessionalism concerning Lucy when she had a bubble in her throat, not even a follow up on if she’s at least alive.All in all very disappointing experience and I will make sure none of my relatives or friends ever go to your undeserving, expensive, unprofessional business.Good riddance, have a great summer!

To make a long story short, for the last 2 yrs our 16 yr old Persian has been suffering from growing ulcers in his eyes that we were told to expect to be permanent due to his age.We've only recently moved to Ile Perrot and had to find a new vet. After a first meeting with Dr. Foisy she explained every step she planned to take, what the individual test costs would be, and what was her reasoning for wanting each test. She also set my expectations by giving me an estimated time it would take to possibly see improvements. After a few weeks of treatment, the ulcers have almost completely disappeared. Dr. Foisy's knowledge has been a complete 180 from our previous vet, and she has given back a quality of life to our cat that we did not even think was possible.Additionally the technician Vanessa, and the receptionists are absolutely wonderful and polite. I will definitely bring my cats here, knowing with confidence that the staff here are knowledgeable and caring.

Looked after sick cat, and followed up with multiple phone calls to me to follow up and verify cat was well. Highly recommend.

The best part about this place is the receptionist. She is so professional, kind, patient, and polite. Haven't seen customer service that good in a long time.
