It wasn't the best experience, I saw a lot of staff but I didn't get any help. I was trying to look for something more specific and just saw mountains of unfolded clothes. It was hard to stay there any longer without any help. Fortunately, a lady saw me struggling and decided to ask me if she needed help. In general I think they have some good deals but staff can be more attentive.

Went to Tommy Hilfiger today and really had very bad experience. First of all the fitting room was closed and we need to wait for around half an hour. Didn’t get any help by the staff and finally when we went to the cashier she was so rude and she hesitate to check the membership using email Id. Overall very bad experience.

The price here is reasonable, but the store was a complete mess. I guess they were short staff, and the store was really busy, staff could only take over the registers. We couldn't do any shopping at all because that situation, other than I always go to McArthur and check Tommy, not always like that.

It was an amazing experience to go to this shop. Price is reasonable and Gargi was great attending me. I am pick when I need to buy clothes to myself and she gave me clever suggestions and supported me during all the time I spent in the shop. When I come back I want to be received by her again. Plus, I loved her pink lipstick. She is so fashion.

Appreciation post : Manjot helped me so much! I lost my shopping bag on 31st dec, 2022. I called in on 2nd jan , 2023 and manjot tried to locate it. She patiently looked around and went out of the way to help me. Though it wasn't there but I still appreciate the fact that she helped! Thank you so much!
