horrible experience, if you know what you’re doing just save yourself the headache and order the parts on crutchfield and install yourselfedit: he’s a scammer. 2009 ford fusion, i was told everything included would be plug and play, when running into issues on installation i went back and asked why everything wasn’t lining up and he assured me that everything was there and that if i couldn’t figure it i could bring it back for them to instal. i asked for the carplay usb port to be run through the centre console and he told me it was easier for him to run it through the 12v even though i wanted to keep the 12v. on pick up he charged me double the agreed upon price and added $30 for a plastic part to run it through the 12v that i didn’t even want. then after inspection he messed up my climate control buttons and when i ripped apart the system to see what he did i found a splitter for the subwoofers that i wasn’t originally given for instal and that he had cut and hardwired the steering wheel controls directly to the receiver as they weren’t in the harness sold to me which i would not describe as plug and play.

Called and made an appointment to have the remote starter in our 7 year old car as it stopped working after a car battery replacement. These guys are professional, friendly and honest. I was out of there in 15 minutes with everything working perfectly.Highly Recommend them.
