Great experience getting manual osteopathic therapy from Juan at solid roots.Juan is very passionate about his craft and it shows in how he treats his clients. I have seen Juan multiple times , and I am amazed at how good I feel every time I leave his clinic.If you are in need of osteopathic treatment then juan at solid roots is the man to see !

I can't recommend visiting Juan for manual osteopathy and massage enough. He has and incredible understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body, and uses that knowledge to help identify, adjust, and release pain and tension. In just a few osteo treatments with Juan I've had more pronounced and lasting results than from doing years of chiro, massage, and physio combined.Thanks, Juan!!

Having never been to an Osteopath before I wasn't sure what to expect but it certainly wasn't to have my pain alleviated almost instantly! I actually went in limping and came out an hour later, not limping. Juan explained everything as he went and it all made sense. I was finally a bit optimistic that I am able to manage my pain. Juan is very knowledgeable and his approach of combining his Osteo treatments with that of acupuncture and massage is extremely effective. So glad I found Solid Roots !

Juan is sooo great. I have tried many treatments from physio to chiro but nothing like osteopathy.He is so knowledgeable and kind. I can’t wait for my next session next week.If you are in any pain, stressed, you have migraines or all the conditions listed on his website you need to schedule an appointment.

Juan is exceptional at getting to the root of the issue. My chronic back pain is much better, especially since he gave me 3 core exercises to help.

Had an acupuncture treatment from Dr Jennifer Reid and she was amazing. She was thorough and very attentive to my needs and requests, as well as my overall well being. Her warmth and calm demeanour made the appointment very relaxing. I highly recommend Dr Reid.

About 1 years ago I was looking for a massage and Juan was the closest to me available that day so I booked it with him. I usually go with female massage therapist because I feel more comfortable. But Juan is really professional and never made me uncomfortable. After talking about the pain I had he suggested me that osteopath treatment will be more appropriate. I never received treatment from an osteopath before so I was not sure what to expect. O.M.G, Right after the appointment I could feel a difference in my hips and shoulder. I love the way he explain what is doing in words I can understand. Gave me some stretches and exercice I can do at home to improve my weakness, which I should do more often. Since I started going to SolidRoot clinic I moved 40 minutes away. But he is worth this 40 minutes drive. You can tell Juan is passionate about his work and really care about relieving your pain and you are not just a number$ to him. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
