Had to get a new windshield put in the car. Great service. Car was fine when they said it would and the staff were all very polo and helpful.

I am adding one more star to my review because Budget Glass has done an excellent job with replacing the windshield on my car.This office is very busy, but I have noted that they also are completely on top of things and simply get things done. In particular, I'd like to commend Suzette and Hailey, both of whom were very helpful, answered all of my questions, and were knowledgeable when it came to insurance coverages and reimbursements.The process itself was made easy for me: I simply handed in my insurance papers, was given a date, and then dropped off the car at the appointed time. The office kept me apprised as the time estimate for completion changed slightly (I appreciate this very much, for the sake of my schedule) and, when I picked up the car, the work looked very professional.In my previous interaction with Budget Glass, I phoned in an order for two small glass shelves today. However, when I came to pick up the shelves, they weren't quite what I'd asked for. Budget Glass staff worked fast to make a better cut for me and I am very satisfied with the end result.For these reasons, I recommend Budget Glass for all your residential and automotive glass needs.

This establishment gives phenomenal service.I needed my windshield to be replaced for an out of province inspection. I came to them for a quotation and eventually for replacement. Good thing the staff was helpful and gave me an appointment the next day. They allowed me to leave my vehicle and gave me a ride home, which is unusual for a business to offer.That’s why I highly recommend Budget Glass, if you have any glass (residential, commercial & Auto) products needed.

Went above and beyond to help me replace the windshield in my old truck.Took the truck into get the windshield replaced. Windshield frame was too rusty to just replace it. It needed to be repaired, I repaired it myself but I didn't get the repair quite right. That caused some problems installing the windshield properly. Although it was my fault they still worked with me to get the windshield installed.I'm thankful for the excellent customer service I received!

Fixed a broken window quickly. After putting in the new glass he cleaned it and took all the broken glass away as well. Their service they gave me was more than I expected. I definitely recommend them.

Great company to work with. The crew showed up when they said they would. Work was fast, efficient and clean. Sometimes that kind of respect is hard to come by in the current market. Happily refer this company and their staff.

We wanted to replace the glass shower enclosure in our en-suite bathroom. We visited several places to get an idea of pricing, and Budget Glass was similar to others. We did however appreciate their excellent display in their Nanaimo shop - gave us a very good idea of what we’d be getting.Altho the process was somewhat lengthy - just over a week between measuring and quote being received, and just over five weeks from placement of order until install - we are more than pleased with the end result. The look was exactly what we wanted - as minimal and unobtrusive as possible.The installers did an excellent job and were extremely meticulous about the fit etc.We would recommend Budget Glass. Our new shower enclosure has that ‘big glass box’ look I wanted. The enclosure we had removed had lots of heavy trim, corner pieces etc, and the new one is stunning.Pictures include one of the glass shower enclosure we replaced (we decided to retain the one piece shower-bathtub combo base unit in the interest of cost). New shower is a massive improvement! So happy.

It was long wait of two months to get screens made for our windows and they did not fit once the technician arrived to install them, with the wicket having been made on the wrong side. Such crucial detail should have been noted at the time of the measurement done by professional technician with the cost of 50$.While talking to the representative over the phone I have to wait couple of more weeks which has caused great inconvenience for my business.no compensation offered . For this unprofessional mistake and the lack of customer service I will NOT recommend the budget glass.

Budget glass installed a new patio door for us and we could not have been more pleased. They were in and out in a morning but were 1100 dollars less than my other two bids. Very happy. Michelle Green
