Disorganized and unclear. Couldn't get a straight answer to a simple question.Edit - I got a phone call from this person, upset at the review. Which I do think is unprofessional. Calling to apologize to your client is one thing. But don't call and use an accusatory tone and be angry for your unprofessionalism. Make up for it instead. Use this as a learning moment. Don't call and get angry at someone.In all fairness I will clarify my points. I called the business number to see if I needed an appointment. The individual answered the phone and did not stare their name or business and instead said who's this". I responded
