I book all my flights with Flight Centre Oshawa ,my agent is Suzanna Bernier , she is terrific ! very responsive to my needs, very thorough, always finds me the best deals on air fares.I have been working with Suzanna for several years now and she is wonderful to work with, I have had travel agents in other companies before so I know what to compare to and she is simply awesome.I have recommended her to several of my close friends and family.I highly recommend her, if you travel often like me or just occasionally and want some peace of mind to know everything will be handled accurately and know she has your best interest to find you a great deal , not to mention she has also been to so many countries, she can also recommend a great spot to vacation. Kevan Latrace is a great travel agent out of the Oshawa location. Have been getting trips at a very affordable price for years now through him. He understands his clients needs and always recommends great hotels for our family.He is VERY informed about tons of locations and resorts and will give his honest opinion. He is also very timely and responds very quickly to all questions / concerns and requests.Will definitely be using him for the years to come.

This Flight Centre location in the Oshawa Centre is by far one of there best. The crew at this location are passionate, professional, personable and some of the best in the industry. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Leslie Dart and she is amazing. I am someone who likes to be looked after and achieve the best service anywhere I go. I wasn't disappointed by any means. I highly recommend this business and will forever be a loyal client. Thank you for everything Ms. Dart and look forward to booking with you again.

Suzanna is marvelous with treating my family and I with a warm smile and ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile.She is always positive and checks prices to save extra money. My husband and I have booked two trips with Monika Kosecki and she has been outstanding both times! Her knowledge and excitement towards travel shows the second you sit down and chat with her. All of our trips have been perfectly planned from start to finish. She provides multiple options based on our needs and offers suggestions that we never would have thought of. We recently traveled to Iceland and it was a trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Monika made sure we were prepared and made the planning process seamless. I worked with Leslie Dart in planning my perfect honeymoon vacation to Hawaii. Leslie both met and exceeded my expectations. She was always available for me, both over the phone and via email, and always kept her patience for my thousands of questions. It was wonderful talking to someone who knew Hawaii inside and out, and was able to help me make decisions and gave me honest opinions on excursions, places to eat, where to stay, etc. Between Leslie and myself we built a 18 day vacation that my husband and I will never forget. Thank you Leslie for helping us build memories of our amazing honeymoon and one in a lifetime trip!

I come to this Flight Centre location, even though there is one closer to home, specifically for Suzanna. She is friendly, extremely helpful, and passionate about travel and customer service. I have avoided many travel hassles, as well as had the best experiences, because of her expertise and willingness to take the time to educate me on my considered destinations. One time, she personally contacted me while I was on vacation to warn me about potential delays for my return home. Another time, I chose to ignore her travel advice and ended up experiencing exactly what she warned me about. I used to book all my trips myself, however Suzanna has proven why you should leave this to the experts.

Had a great experience with our agent Amanda Peters. She was patient and understanding of our needs. She gave us an her honest opinion which we valued, however did not pressure us to make any decisions. Within an hour we had our trip booked, confirmed, and tickets printed. Definitely would recommend Amanda to anyone who is looking for an honest travel agent who knows her stuff.
