Forestwood Co-op is a horrible place to live, had my mother and I known that first hand we would of never moved here. If you manage to score a unit on either 1180 and or 1190, you'll have to deal with dirty water coming up in your sink. If anything happens to your vehicle in the lot that you PAY for on a monthly basis (with your rent), nothing will be done about it. Management cares nothing for tenants needs and or concerns. It is unfortunate that I need to select at least one star in order for my post to be posted, because they don't even deserve that.

This is a horrible place to live. You will regret moving here. If you move here, you will have to deal loud and disgusting neighbors. Outside the building is always messy and the building smells like trash a lot of the time. Management is also rude and unhelpful, they never respond or take reports seriously. This place has a lot of bugs and roaches too. The place looks like an overall dump and I don't recommend anybody to move here.
