Worst Mc Donald’s ever. Worst service and they also steal your money from your bank account and they won’t help you when you want your money back. They charged me for food that they didn’t give me because i wasn’t in a car and they didn’t want to refund me. To prevent them from also stealing money form you, don’t go to this McDonald’s if you don’t want to go to all the procedures with the court and your bank institution. Go to other McDonald’s I’m convinced that you’ll have a better service by far. I gave 1 star to this McDonald’s because there wasn’t any 0 stars option.

Everything is 60/40 cuz you never know what your gonna get, good or bad. Tried the new chicken big Mac and it was good and my food was first time awesome, no complaint.

I placed my order on the app, I had an order number, I arrive there at around 12.30 am after riding my bike for 15 mn because it was the only open restaurant in my neighbourhood , when I walked in, I was greeted by We're closed ( instead of welcome to McDonald's) by the Indian lady manager who refused to give her name when I asked, the restaurant was empty and an uber driver was waiting while I was there, I explained that i placed my order, I had an order number, and that i rode my bike in the middle of the night to get some food. she said you can go on uber and place the order, I answered: so why is the mc donalds app exists if you can make orders for uber but not for the companys site. then she walked away and told me to leave. I was hungry so I said what if your brother was hungry, would you let him be hungry when you can remedy the situation?she said, its policy!Im not mad coz Im hungry, Im not blaming mc donald's.Im just shocked by this heartless person that mc donlad's decided to make manager, I cant understand how this person didnt understand that making food for uber or for the company that pays her is the same, the only difference is that uber takes 30 percent when I use them.Im home now hungry, because when i got home the store was closed on uber. but I learned something today.Some people are not made and don't understand customer service for customer service, they're just there for the money!thank you for this lesson.Im not gonna say Ill never go to mcds again, but definitely not going to the one on cote st luc or anyone where this not loving it " person works"

One fine day me and sister went to McDonald’s and there ten 5 year old looking boys went to the top floor and soaked everyone on the first floor with fruitopia and water. This ruined many lunches. And even stained my poor little sister’s expensive sweater. I have pictures of them if you want :) #stopfruitopiaviolence

Table and floor was very dirty we had to go to the bathroom and bring a napkin to clean by ourselves. Only 2 employees working, and we had to wait more than 15 min for our order. Next time we will use drive through. Beside i still don’t understand why second floor is closed tho covid restrictions are done

Ahhhhh ice ice baby , cool down with it .Start you day with McCafe, McDonald’s coffee will shine your day , will open your mind to have enough energy finishing your day if you are at work having rough time , at home working at your backyard or simply taking a walk or even driving around, McDonald’s coffee made for strong men’s who missing that kind of boost and for soft women’s who need that things to take off the headaches cause by husband or boyfriend lol ,no matter what at the end you need to start your day with McCafe.

If you want to have some classic slow food experience, this is the place to go. Staff not very excited at all, neither experienced. Other than the personnel part, top notch in all other areas.

Check your order carefully. I ordered a chicken BLT with egg breakfast sans witch trio and a sausage McMuffin sandwich trio and when we got home with the order both sandwiches were missing the egg and the chicken was replaced by bacon.I guess both management and employees don’t care if they get your order right it’s been a few times this happens to me. If you say anything to the employees they act like fixing their mistake is a big deal and you should just take what they give youAt these new prices they sure don’t deliver. I ain’t loving it.

Worst service ever, a bunch of kids and primadonna managers, who who rather have upset clients then apease a client and quel their nerves ! We went to the drive thru, to get my son 6 nuggets when we got half way home we decided to check our meal to see 4 out of 6 in a box that I paid $11.19 for , went back only to be met by the same kid who clearly doesn’t understand English nor French , figuring we maybe ate our way thru 2 nuggets and returned for more , manager insisted arguing that mistakes happen, which I don’t understand if that is apart of your tasks placing 6 or 4 nuggets in a box doesn’t take a genius to do ! RUDE RUDE RUDE !! No one should eat here and I’m also sure that it’s super dirty in there !
