Back in May I decided I wanted to special order a Silverado, Edgar took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted, place the order and kept me updated all throughout production and shipping process. When the big day came and the truck arrived on the lot Edgar got me a very good deal on my trade in and together with the rest of the team made the whole buying process effortless. I especially appreciated the lack of pressure, I told them I needed to have a think and they were all very understanding and courteous. Hays was wonderful! Stopped at another dealership prior and was told I wouldn't be able to get a Bolt Euv as they were being discontinued. Called Hays and he was able to get me into a 2023 within a week! Fantastic service, and no pressure.

I have purchased four vehicles from the Dueck family of dealerships over the years as well as used their body shop for various repairs....no more. I had a minor fender bender in April and my first call was to Dueck to set up an estimate to get the ball rolling. It's been radio silence for 2 1/2 months until today when I called to find out the status of the repair. I was told there were 5 vehicles in front of mine and I was looking at another month, even though the parts were in. I told the guy on the phone that the wait is ridiculous and he replied with indifference, whatcha gonna do?". Not use Dueck as my go to anymore
