I have worked in Tower 1 for almost 5 years. Over this period parking has gone up by an average of 11%/yr. Monthly parking here is now over $190/month minimum or $257 for a reserved spot.The elevators are extremely unreliable and there is usually a multi-minute wait time especially at lunch time and between 8 and 9am.On a positive note, the building does have very nice views from the upper floors and good access to Skytrain

A masterpiece of architecture. It is a corporate hub. You will find all the big companies having their offices in metrotower. I went for an interview in the building and the view from every office is phenomenal.
