What they give a address for West Point transcript services but they are not available on that address why…? What Your location showing, you people are not available my whole day waste it because of that I just came from surrey to transcripts my documents but they are not available. And google map showing the same adress.

I just recently retained Points West's services for a very last minute/urgent transcription for a court matter. They were able to find a transcriber within hours to have a 12 minute audio recording done in less than 24 hours and also for an extremely reasonable price (since it was so last minute). Ann was extremely polite and understanding since I was aware that it was such a big ask. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing such a service. Thank you!
