hi, today i went to kfc with my friends for dine in and i felt so good because they treated us very well even in busy time and gave us the fresh chicken, gravy and fries as well . they offered our big order in very less time and it was amazing .thanku to all team members including managers and especially thanks to susan.We will come back again and advertise about this kfc as well .

My son and I were driving from Wpg to Brandon on Sunday Jan 29/23 in -44C windchill conditions. He was hoping for chicken and fries—a hot meal while we headed home. (We had a bad experience in November as well but thought we’d try it again). Well, never again will I donate my money to such poorly made food.My son has a 4 piece box meal—3 tiny pieces chicken and the fourth as about the same size as my thumb. The fries were over cooked/burnt. My ‘Famous’ chicken burger was the worst burger I’ve ever had, anywhere. I told my son, I think my burger still had feathers on it.The edges appears to be freezer burned, and the centre raw/uncooked. The mayo was clearly pasted its due date. I couldn’t eat it. My fries were also overcooked and inedible. This was the second time with an identical result for the food quality. Clearly the employees and management don’t care what they are serving. $36 worth of food we couldn’t ea——we both agree we’d have had better luck with the chicken wings at 7-11 for 1/2 the price.Do not go to this restaurant.

We went through the drive through at this location and we wait more than 10 minutes in line with nobody in front of us. Everything was just shoved into the bag. There was no condiments or anything included in the bag. I had to ask for it myself. KFC used to be one of my favorite places to go to, but my experience at this location has really made me hate it. I'm never coming here again

Save your time, go to Tim's, Burger King or McDonald's in Walmart. Food is never fresh, it's constantly cold. Which is surprising because you wait no less than 20 minutes if you use the drive through.Not only do they constantly forget your items, if you do get the correct items, you will never get a full drink 3/4 most of the time. Also if you Go Large" you'll never get a "mega fry".Straight rip off. Last ever trip was today 9/5/23"

First time to this location along with first visit in the longest time to KFC in general. This location appears to be one the recently renovated locations. Clean and modern. I went around 3pm so it was not busy. Service was very good and my poutine Fries & popcorn chicken came out quickly. Prices are fairly standard with other fast food chains. I would go here again.

Easily one of the slowest drive thru's in Winnipeg, so it's really not fast food". The menu is way too cluttered and disorganized. Taco Bell doesn't have the right bags to accommodate their food. Their quesadillas are actually decent

This is the longest I've ever waited in a fast food lineup. And honestly it wasn't even busy. Terrible service in terms of making people wait that long and zero apology for the wait. Then no napkins in the take out bag. Rarely go to KFC...will be much rarer now.

I ordered the combo 1 which is 2 chicken soft tacos with fries and a drink. The tacos are child size and not “soft”. So they are little mini soft tacos and they are almost empty. 2 tiny little pieces of chicken, a tiny bit of lettuce, one little chunk of tomato and a couple stands of shredded cheese. I had asked for one beef and one chicken and I got 2 chicken tacos. Fries were old and not fresh. Definitely a snack and not a meal.

Manager or supervisor running the window Wednesday March 15 @ roughly 8pm told me to drive around the front and wait there for my order, pretty sure she never even took my license plate down. I waited for quite a while - Just to watch more cars buzz thru the drive thru. Well I was forgotten about and had to go inside to get my order. And it was cold because they scrambled to package it up. Horrible service. If they ask you to pull around to wait just say no.
