Exterior is extremely gross with tons of dead fish flies piled up and a swarm of ants as you walk in. Good luck sitting outside without having to clean the table yourself.Only 1 bathroom in service and not tended to in a reasonable amount of time. We even had to ask for toilet paper. $41 for a family of 4 to enjoy ice cream is ridiculous to boot.The teens working there were pleasant and very efficient at getting us served so I'll compliment them on being good employees. Dirty store is poor management / owner.

Went there today ..April 10, 2023. Was told they stopped sampling..the website states no such thing that Baskin-Robbins stopped sampling...poor service.

For a $50 ice cream cake, the boxes they come in are horrible and fall apart bringing it to the car. For what it is, not worth the money.

Moldy waffle cones. Be careful, I bought a waffle cone but the texture and taste was weird. I checked inside and seems like there was mold in there. I called the manager and she did not want to give me a refund for the cone. She said that the ice cream was fine so come by tomorrow for a free cone. What am I going to do with a free cone? I will be doing my business elsewhere. Also in occasions, i did notice that the workers do not wear gloves when handling your ice cream.

Very slow service (waiting for the employee) - no one was seen when we entered. Very very pricey for such small amounts! Even with the current cost of ice cream in grocery stores two tiny kids bowls could have bought a premium 1.5L - 2L container in a grocery store, $5 for the smallest of small scoops is a bit much. That said the flavour is great!

My 2.5 year old son had the chocolate ice cream and once he was finished with it, my wife and I tried it and it tasted terrible. Our son ended up puking the entire night and had to keep him home from daycare which we still had to pay for. My wife called the store and they told us that we weren't the only ones who complained about it. All they did for us was give us $15 back. Pretty sad considering what we had to go through with our son. Will not be going back there ever again!
